Life Coaching

Service Description

Life coaching can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. In creating these strategies, life coaches target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, life coaches provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change. The relationship between a client and their Life Coach is a creative partnership that seeks to: • Identify, clarify and create a vision for what the client wants • Use coach’s expertise to modify goals as needed • Encourage client’s self-discovery and growth • Nurture and evoke strategies and a plan of action based on what fits best with the client’s goals, personality and vision • Foster client accountability to increase productivity and change.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that you will be billed the full fee for missed sessions unless you call 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment. Exceptions will be made for emergencies.
